Qualifications

 
 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service, aptitude to foster and develop customer loyalty
  • Self-starter and a good team player
  • Ability to convey esthetic information in a concise manner
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize
  • Licensed in the esthetic field a plus
  • Previous experience as an independent sales representative is an asset

 
 

Responsibilities

 
 

  • Manage existing and develop a strong client base
  • Establish a pipeline of prospective clients to develop new business
  • Thoroughly understand & respond customer needs and objectives
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries & requests via phone, email and web
  • Facilitate new clients through sign-up, training and execution of account
  • Ability to communicate effectively with top level executives
