Inside Sales Support/Customer Service (Plano, Texas)

Qualifications

• Esthetic License preferred but not mandatory
• Previous Cosmetic sales experience would be an asset
• Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
• Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
• Fun and friendly personality

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for new business sales and renewals
• Timely follow-up of leads generated through various marketing actions
• Develop and implement local Marketing Strategies
• Increase market share by on-going coverage of all accounts
• Qualify potential

We are seeking Inside Sales Support with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly goals. This position will be required to service existing clients, support our outside sales representatives and most importantly help to increase market share through the use of cold calling and following warm leads.
