This creamy cleanser gently and effectively removes makeup and surface impurities. It can be used without water. This makes it an ideal cleanser for a sensitive skin that may be reactive to using water when cleansing their face. It leaves a feeling of comfort as it helps to soften and soothe skin.
How to Use:
Apply to a dry face and neck then emulsify using a circular motion. Remove with dry or slightly water dampened cotton pads or a soft cloth. No need to rinse with water.
