This water based concentrated foaming lotion is gentle enough for even the most sensitive eyes. It will not sting or irritate. It calms and soothes the eye area while effectively removing all eye make-up.
How to Use:
Apply a few drops on to a water dampened cotton pad. Rest the pad on the eye area for a few moments to allow the product to penetrate and break down eye make-up. Then gently lift and remove the eye makeup. Rinse with water.
